James Guyette
James M. Guyette has been a director since 1990. Since 1997, he has been president and chief executive officer of Rolls Royce North America, Inc. Mr. Guyette served as executive vice president of UAL Corporation, the parent company of United Air Lines, Inc., from 1985 to 1995 when he retired after more than 25 years of employment with that company. He is currently a director of Priceline.com, Rolls-Royce plc (London) and Pembroke Capital (Dublin), a financial services and asset management company serving the aviation industry located in Ireland, and formerly a director of First United Financial Services and United Airlines Employees Credit Union.
