Kristine R. Garrett
Kristine Garrett is Managing Director and Head of The PrivateWealth Group at The PrivateBank. Garrett is responsible for private banking, trust and custody services, and investment management, including oversight of the Lodestar, LLC subsidiary.
Prior to joining The PrivateBank in 2009, Garrett spent 20 years with JPMorgan Chase, most recently as National Banking Practice Leader for the Private Wealth Management group after relocating to Chicago with the company in 2006. She also held the roles of Regional Director for the Southwest Region of Private Client Services and was Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase Arizona. Prior to JPMorgan Chase’s purchase of Bank One, Garrett was Chairman and CEO of Bank One Arizona and held numerous key civic leadership roles in Phoenix. Prior to Bank One, she served as Regional Manager for Commercial Real Estate in Arizona and Nevada for Valley National Bank Arizona and began her career with Sun State Savings in Phoenix.
Garrett received her bachelor’s degree in history from Allegheny College, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and holds securities licenses 7, 66, 24, 9 and 10.
